Came in for a fill today as a first time patient and I have to say I had a awesome experience..Yesenia was very professional and super nice.She made me feel very comfortable while the procedure was being done.I will definitely come back this will be my family dentistry from now on..Thank you Wisteria Dental!
Dentistry good, communication terrible. I was left waiting in the chair for 25 minutes with zero communication. When I asked about it I was told my appointment was for 3 hours which also was never discussed. Not going back. I’m happy to discuss publicly that you over reacted to my being upset over waiting in a chair for 25 min w zero communication. Dr. Jaberi and Aliyeh are exceptional and caring. I can not recommend them enough.
I don’t like that I have to write this, but I do not recommend seeing Dr. Jaberi. Since seeing her last year, I have endured immense pain, several hours and $1,000 of repair work. After one of my fillings caused me immense nerve pain (I couldn’t chew on one side of my mouth at all), she and her office insisted that it was done properly, and I just needed to give it more time. My experience at Wisteria Family Dentistry was a pretty positive one. From the moment I arrived I really liked that they had security measures and needed to ring you in instead of just walking in. Their lobby was cozy and clean and the receptionist was welcoming. They took me in right away and my experience with both Yesenia and Dr. Jaberi was pleasant.
