I’ve had an excellent experience at Wisteria Family Dentistry and truly appreciate the honesty and care they provide. They never recommend unnecessary treatments and always take the time to explain what’s needed and why. Dr. Jaberi is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. I had a crown replaced. I was worried about doing this, but Dr. J and her staff made the process easy and as painless as possible. I had this done just before Thanksgiving and I got my temporary crown on Wednesday and Dr. J was able to put my permanent crown on the next day so I could enjoy the holiday.
Staff is very friendly and the dentist is amazing.
Dentistry good, communication terrible. I was left waiting in the chair for 25 minutes with zero communication. When I asked about it I was told my appointment was for 3 hours which also was never discussed. Not going back. I’m happy to discuss publicly that you over reacted to my being upset over waiting in a chair for 25 min w zero communication. Dr. Jaberi’s office is terrible. At first, she and her office were great but quickly declined. She’s ruined my teeth. I’m still in the process of fixing her botched work.
