Jerry Wisselman handled a child visitation case for me earlier this year. Upon being unsuccessful in settling with opposing counsel, Mr. Wisselman asked me in writing to negotiate with plaintiff who is a minor child. Although Jerry assured me in writing that he had access to a stable of child psychologists, when the time arrived he produced none; so I had to find one on my own. I had a consultation regarding family issues. I found the attorney, Derrick A Rubin, very intimidating and almost condescending in his manner. I am pursuing my case but not trough this law firm. Jackie has been a god send to me!! I have been through HELL in a 3 and half year long divorce nightmare against my ex.
