We searched for a buried solenoid trap for 5 years of owning our home. The solenoid had gone bad and needed replacing but it wouldn’t fire long enough before erroring out to be tracked. We worked with 2 different irrigation companies who could never locate the box. Wissco sent Mike Ross out and he found the trap in a few minutes of looking for it. Dan was great! He came out to set up our sprinkler system for summer, was thorough and made sure all zones were working properly. Super nice and easy to work with! Will definitely be using them in the future!!
Great company! A little hard to get them to do service work in the early spring due to staffing shortages, but a great company to work with. I got 4 quotes and they were not the cheapest, and the most expensive was 2X their quote. We had just been given news that cancer has came into our family the day of my meeting with Kevin. Edit: I'm adding to this review to reflect that WISSCO reached out about the issue and offered to only charge for the parts they used in their call, not their labor. I very much appreciate them reaching out and addressing the issue in this way. We had trees removed from our property, resulting in damage to one part of our irrigation system. I called WISSCO to have it repaired. At first, WISSCO wanted to wait until spring, but then scheduled a repair appointment.
