On-time, excellent, expert service on our sprinklers by a very knowledgeable tech
Scheduled an irrigation visit but never got a confirmation nor reminder. Weeks later a tech called out of the blue; I apologized and said we’d already fixed it. Then I started receiving multiple bills. When I called, the woman (Heather?) was rude, no listening skills, talked over me, refused to confirm her name, saying "it doesn't matter" and then hung up. Awful customer service.
WISSCO installed my sprinkler system years ago and it still works great. The system start up and shut down services they perform in the spring and fall are always fast and thorough, and their technician Michael Rossi is a nice and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend him/them.
The gentleman came and shut down the system for the winter and was very polite. Hope he is the one that comes in the spring to open the system.
WISSCO installed an irrigation system at our home in New Buffalo MI a couple of years ago. They beat all competitor bids by considerable margin, completed the job exactly as scheduled and masterfully handled all interior construction to run water feed as needed. For several years now they have been remarkably responsive to a couple of minor repair needs.
