When my son needed an appointment for an ear infection they said they couldn't find him in the computer system although he has been there several time before. So now he would need to be entered as a new patient and they wouldn't be able to see him for two weeks. Ended up going to an Urgent Care and will be looking for a new doctor tomorrow.

I have never been to a doctor who was as condescending as this man. Additionally when I was describing to him possibilities for treatment he had a smirk across his face as he continually shook his head, to any and every thing I was saying. Lastly, I was telling him about a weird sensation that I had been having in my lower abdomen, which he told me was obviously pms. A week later I had an ovarian cyst burst. Ouch! Overall he was extremely dismissive of my concerns and I will not return.
After being with the same Family Dr for 40 years it became harder and harder to make the 1 hour travel to see him. I searched around and found Dr Stan and couldn't be more pleased. He, his wife, and the entire staff were more than welcoming and helpful. Talking to Dr. Stan is like talking to an old friend, he puts you at ease and takes the time to talk to you in real life terms. They make you feel like a person there instead of just a client to be poked and prodded then shoved out the door.
