The office always has a friendly, small town feel, but with up-to-date expertise and state of the art equipment! Highly recommend!

The receptionist at Wisner Family & Implant Dentistry does not know how to interpret insurance "explanation of benefits" (EOBs) effectively. Therefore, she told me I needed to pay an additional $50.00 when I checked out. So, I did not pay the $50.00. She sent me a copy via email of that EOB. It was evident that I had paid the $50.00 deductible. Knowing she did not fully understand this EOB, I sent the dentist a letter.
