I have told Kendra that she is not allowed to retire. I need her services and will need them for the rest of my life. Kendra's spa is the best thing that has happened to Saint Marys, Ohio in a long time. Highly recommended for any wellness issue. Kendra's staff can and will help you.

Staff is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Many services are offered in one location making it quite convenient for me. I can get a fabulous pedicure, a fantastic massage and a marvelous facial plus a delicious lunch all at one stop shopping! Also, I will soon be trying out the new acupuncturist. I hear that he is excellent! I love their homemade soups in the Winter, succulent salads in the Summer and all of the gluten free items available. Are you going to visit this provider again? Probably yes Did the massage therapist use clean sheets? Yes! They looked brand new! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely

Did this massage therapist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this massage therapist knock before entering the massage room? Yes, I never had to worry Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did the massage therapist end your session early? No, they didn't end it early Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did the massage therapist respect your privacy? Yes, they respected my privacy Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries? Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this massage therapist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
