I live in Massachusetts and was researching a local florist in Michigan to deliver flowers to my niece. I went with Wishing Well based on their website which was quite informative. I called and spoke to the owner Becky. She was so nice and accommodating. She listened to me and what I was looking for, and delivered a gorgeous bouquet to my niece. She followed through with everything she promised. I highly recommend this business.

Becky was so very helpful. Even though they did not have the item I was looking for, she made several calls to me in an effort to help me. GREAT customer service!!!! I would definitely recommend.

I missed a surprise delivery of flowers to my home, the driver would not leave them as it was to cold out. I called the shop and the owner herself was so very nice (she was already closed for the day by the time I called, but she answered), I told her I did not know who was sending me flowers, she asked if she could read me the card, which I said yes , they were from my sister in honor of our deceased fathers Birthday, the owners decided after I told her what the flowers were for that she would bring them to me herself!! The owner of Wishing Well Flowers has been making beautiful arrangements for many years. Last week, I called her from CT to see if she could provide some arrangements for a funeral of a friend who loved soft purple colors. Three matching arrangements were delivered to the church (two large and one small) and couldn't have been more perfect! Couldn't have been more beautiful! Wishing Well can be trusted to do outstanding work.
