Today I went for a wound check and dressing change and I was attended by the most kind, friendly and caring nurse. What a pleasant visit I had. She did not only took good care of me but also gave me advice for home care and put my mind at ease in a way she might not even know. Very grateful for her attention.
Dr Clarke's practice is a joke. Phoned in the morning to see a doctor then quizzed by receptionist what my symptoms were and was told to phone back after 4 o'clock to check if prescription is ready. Phoned after 4 o'clock and was told doctor hasn't looked at them yet and chemist should be my first port of call. Absolutely useless and what exactly is the reason you can't see a doctor now when covid was years ago?

Over the phone diagnosis IS DANGEROUS. How about GP's in the Doctor Anderson practice actually start seeing patients face to face and stop risking peoples life's by "guessing" what they possibly could have, resulting in serious health conditions not being treated in time, further resulting in long waits at Wishaw general, eventual admission and surgery.
