Have on many occasions had below par customer service from the ladies at front desk over the phone. Today was impressive in comparison. The women i spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. Have been a patient for over 15 years now and too be met with such a bitter and seemingly annoyed receptionist is an absolute shame for the practise. The lady to answer front desk questions, annoyed at being asked question!
The doctor was nice; however, I was made to feel very unwelcome at this clinic, which I have been using for 2 years. This is the second time that the reception/management has treated me in an unfriendly manner and made me feel quite embarrassed. I would not recommend this place to new patients. The booking system needs improvements to avoid disappointments.
We took our 4-week-old son to Dr Rahal for a brief check-up, as we had some concerns about his toenails. Our older child is already one of her patients, and we assumed that Medicare details would carry over for the newborn, especially since the card number remains the same (only the individual reference number changes).
