Very competent hairdressers in a light-filled salon. Adele is my special favourite. She learns the fall of your hair, its wisps and wants, and styles it to suit.
Great, happy friendly service as always. Particularly loved my blow dry by Briana today. Thank you ☺️
I walked in and took a seat in the waiting area and wasn’t greeted by a staff member for 15 minutes, despite multiple attempts at trying to get their attention. Eventually, all they mustered up was “Can I help you?” - well obviously. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my appointment time for the hairdresser, which in turn made me 20 minutes late to the appointment I had to attend to after. Hairdresser was blunt and not friendly at all. Not a very pleasant experience and wouldn’t go back again.
