I visited Wish Dental today for a consultation with James. James was very polite and friendly and extremely knowledgeable.He checked my teeth and informed me of various problem areas and how he can fix these issues and offered to prepare a plan of treatment and costing breakdown which will be be discussed with me in the new year. On walking into Wish Dental, it’s so good to be warmly welcomed with a smile from your receptionists and to feel the calm, relaxed atmosphere in your luxurious, newly-opened surgery. On being called for my appointment, James and his dental assistant were very welcoming and his relaxed manner, was very reassuring. I really felt looked after, as he explained the procedure to me. After more than forty years at this practice and its predecessor, I was told less than two hours before an appointment that my children would no longer be seen, but that this decision would be reversed if I agreed to sign up for a hugely expensive contract that included a podiatrist and a physio. Sion has been an outstanding dentist to my children and they are very sad that they can’t see him any more. The new practice is going to really appeal to the Cheshire set though, and I guess that’s all that matters.
Great experience again at Wish Dental Poynton from the Reception Team, Hayley (Hygienist) and Sion (Dentist).
