We purchased a compressor in 2024 from this company. It has never worked properly from day one, and we expressed the issue MANY TIMES. Multiple service calls and still no resolve or support. We spent $29595.00 plus tax on this compressor and after the warranty ran out(and we spent more money on service calls due to no more warranty) they came in and expressed that yes the compressor does not work properly and offered to buy it back from us for $18000.00 The support and customer care from this company is absolutely horrible.
Reckless drivers. Sudden cut off on the highway without using any signal or aware of safe distance. Almost caused a multi-car accident.
These guys are absolute criminals. Their labour rate and travel rate are incredibly high. They never fix the problems and they nickel and dime you for every little thing that they can. Do yourself a favor and shop around and you will see exactly what I mean. Don't even think about buying a compressor from these guys as they charge almost double what everyone else does. A tech spilled oil during a recent service with us and billed us an extra hour to clean it up. Absolute criminal.
Wiseworth is an awesome company. They stand by what they sell. Tech's are knowledgeable and efficient at there work. Doug and his team have served us very well!!!
