Sent my tower tech to find a fuse for the lighting controller. The gentleman that helped him knew exactly what he needed but did not have the fuse in stock but he helped my tech track it down by calling 10+ neighboring stores until he found one.

Waited on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and still never answered. picked up once at 5 minutes and asked me to hold. I drove all the way to the store (didn’t have what I needed) and while I understand you can’t have everything I could’ve saved the time both on the phone and the drive had someone answered the phone.
