2024: Wiseway Design Showroom - 2-star review - For our second round of bathroom remodels, we returned to Wiseway. Sadly, Caitlin was no longer with the company and our experience was different. Products and selections are still very nice. Delivery folks have been great too. But several errors by the company (not sending items we paid for, sending the wrong item, having us order an item we didn't need, telling us we have to pick up an item from their warehouse and hour away when they made the mistake in not sending the item)... read more
I had a very frustrating experience at Wiseway. I arrived at 4:55PM with my two kids to purchase some electrical wire only to discover the only sell electrical wire "over the counter" which closes at 4:30PM, even though Google and other places say they close at 6PM. Two ladies coming out of "over the counter" told me to come back tomorrow, and the front desk person couldn't care less when I asked if there was anyway to buy some wire when I knew exactly what I needed.
