Unbelievably slow processing files, the amount of repetitive data entry and switching between keyboard and mouse is maddening. Typing/data entry speed is irrelevant because you are constantly stopped to interact with the mouse. The number of glitches, unexpected changes, inconsistency and complexity is added pain. The system is just too complicated, a decade into using it and every day is still a mystery of what weird issue is going to happen. I am so glad we are ditching it.
