We ordered mobile to get our tyres replaced. They were 4 hours late and gave us no phone call or any form of communication to let us know they would be late so we had to call them. When they arrived they did not come to talk to us once to neither apologise or just make sure they have the right people and they also just straight up forgot to get there payment from us once they were done so we got a phone call from them a day later.
