I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro via back market, and when I called my service provider to have it connected, they said it was still locked to the previous carrier. I was able to send it back, to which they confirmed it is unlocked, compatible with my service provider, and there are no restrictions. Just received it in the mail. Great. Call to connect, and I’m told it’s still locked and labeled as a “lost/ stolen iPhone”. I’m trying to get in contact with these people, as this is just not right at all, but no answer.
