Forced to use them for warranty work because my home builder chose them. It has taken many visits over a span of 2 yrs to get the same problem right and we still going....quality work doesn't seem to be part of the 'service' provided. I'd like to be done with WB at some point.
Kitchen cabinets. Wisenbaker is trash and they have ZERO integrity. They will hold you at bay for months on cabinet issues that they turn into warranty issues when the fact is, the installation was flawed. They treat you as if you are the problem because you want them to make good on the warranty. They have the nerve to proudly display their “success story” on line where they supposedly put the customer first. I don't want anything for free. I want what we paid for. It shouldn't take 5 months to make repairs or replacements.... read more
They were incredibly helpful reps. They could give me a price for the project on the spot once I brought in a sample of the backsplash I wanted. They also assisted me in selecting a grout color that would complement and work best with the look I was going for. It was all so simplethankstothem!
I don’t care what anyone else says these guys gave us 5 star service so that’s what I’m giving them! 5 stars!
The service was great! I received it at WBS was amazing. I would highly recommend it!
