the dr her self is great however the receptionist are so so rude and racist, once i called them to check my appointment and they started laughing on the phone i was offended, and now when i go to the medical centre they don’t serve me well.

Hi, I was patient of Dr Leena for years now, she is a very good and knowledgeable Dr but unfortunately I had a very terrible experience today at her clinic with the receptionist . There was a very impatient and unprofessional guy working there , I had a form to picked up and I parked my car in a wrong place ,very nicely just wanted to make sure how long it takes until this form be send to hospital. Very bad service I went for sugar test and they made me drink the sugar drink and did not take blood because the nurse did not know how and of course I have to do it again and reception man was very bad and was talking i respectfully to me

Can't speak to the practitioners at this practice but had a negative experience with a receptionist this morning. Was calling to try and rebook an appointment because something came up, and got rushed through the call and then hung up on mid-sentence by the man I spoke to. I don't know whether they were annoyed at me for rebooking or if this is how they speak to all patients that call, either way I don't feel it was appropriate, I was careful to explain why I had to rebook.
