So disappointed. Did not receive my refund. After consulting with my credit union, I contacted Karen as I discovered she had used someone else's bank and account. She told me she couldn't assist as she did not have clearance. I spent hours before I was able to speak to IRS and be told if I did not receive it in another week, call again and they will start a refund. Be careful!
