Master of wasting time in court and misleading... to outright lying... to the judge. Granted... he was the opposing counsel for my divorce... but from what I saw and had to deal with... he is why people HATE lawyers. I'd rather lose and know I told the truth, rather than win and know I lied to get it. Joe Wiseman showed me he would lie to win. Disappointed by the lack of empathy and follow through
Joe Wiseman is the most disappointing attorney I have ever encountered. He handled a domestic case for me and used various tactics to increase billable hours. I found his approach highly unethical and felt deceived.
