I booked a TeleMed appointment in January and spent less than five minutes on the call. The provider googled the medication we were asking about right in front of us. That’s it. No advice, no guidance, nothing useful. And they charged an $80 new patient fee for this “service.” Charging that much for essentially zero care is unacceptable and unprofessional. I've been coming to this small doctor's office for a while and never really felt welcomed by the front desk. That changed the moment Tracy, the new front desk staff member, greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness. She truly made a lasting impression.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff at this office has been consistently unwelcoming. First visit - Blonde receptionist made a very unprofessional comment about me being “too young to have that many kids” Today’s visit was the final deciding factor. We drove an hour for my daughter’s appointment and tried several times to call ahead to explain that the intake link provided was not working, but no one answered.
