Bought Gourmet Cooker with wet back many years ago, primarily wanted to heat our hot water with the wet back, plumber had to come back 10 times, and after 2 seperate heat exchangers and trying a little voltage pump, it failed, the only thing that worked was going direct, so that's what we did (technically not supposed to do i know), then we supported the company again a few years later on a large renovation and purchased a Sophel 35kw boiler wood heater for hydronic heating, this works well but the Sophel heater is designed ... read more
