I booked a car through wisecars, and they booked Routes car rental for me. I made phone calls and had email communication with them on my booking. At no time during our conversation did they mention that Routes car rental charges 16.99 per day for the whole period when we rent their car if we even cross the state border for five minutes. This company takes your money but when there is actually any minor problem with your car rental they just don't care and don't refund you anything either.

Hazel was professional, competent and easy to work with. I needed to cancel my reservation. She provided immediate assistance over the phone (no waiting, no placing on hold!). I was agreeable to converting my prepaid rental into a "rental credit." By doing so, she informed me that I'd receive an extra $15 in rental credit over and above my 100% full prepaid rental being converted to rental credit. I've rented from Wisecars several times in the past year. Very easy to work with, competitive rates and clean cars.
