Before booking with them, look up all the negative reviews written about this company—and there are many. They are scammers who engage in fraud in various ways and forms; beyond the financial loss, it causes great distress during your vacation.Stay away from this company. This was my first time booking through Wise Cars, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I booked a Ford EcoSport or similar vehicle through Wise Cars. Wise Cars then issued me a voucher for Fox Rental Car. The biggest issue is that Wise Cars chose to provide a voucher for a rental company that, based on my experience, offered extremely poor customer service and an unacceptable vehicle. Don’t use. False advertising on cars capacity and no support when they use a third person abroad including incorrect numbers and details sent for third person company. Book direct with car hire places do not use these

**No car, no refund and no meaningful complaint review** Wisecars had my correct flight number, AF375, attached to the reservation. Despite my repeated unanswered calls before pickup, no vehicle was provided, the booking was classified as a “no-show,” and the full payment was retained. My formal complaint specifically requested a senior review of the flight information and telephone history. Wisecars did not address these points or confirm that such a review occurred.
