They refused to rent me a car and won't issue a refund. The reason is because my cars are registered in Florida and I was renting in Florida. I was under the gun and needed a car and didnt read all the fine print so shame on me. It was a $350 lession to not do business with these internet scammers ever again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANT OR ROUTES RENTAL. They play off eachother to scam the customer.

Beware this company. The reviews are likely fake. They sold my reservation to a third party, confirmed with me it was cancelled, but I never got a refund I booked through them July 18th, they charged me $412 for a prepaid booking and apparently sold my booking to CarRental8. Later that night, Eduardo based in London (I booked in USA) from Wisecars emailed me saying the rate had gone up to $495, do you approve? Family stranded without a car – no concrete solution Review to be updated. We booked our rental through Wisecars, with Surprice Dubrovnik as the supplier. Our rental vehicle suffered a mechanical breakdown in Montenegro and was collected by the supplier. Pessimi! Si appoggiano a delle agenzie locali che sono dei veri banditi! In particolare avevo prenotato una macchina a Corfù per una settimana e dopo aver pagato l'acconto a Wisecars mi è arrivata la mail che la mia prenotazione era stata assegnata all'agenzia Flexways... leggendo le recensioni online avevo già purtroppo capito che questi delle Flexways erano dei truffatori... ma oramai non potevo far molto.. morale della favola.. una volta arrivati non ci hanno dato la macchina e ci hanno fregato la caparra! I would like to add a comment to Karolina’s review and to Rachel’s reply. Rachel’s response focuses on the credit card requirement, which is the least of the issues raised in the original complaint. The credit card issue was the final problem we encountered, not the reason the whole situation occurred. The problem actually started with the voucher provided by Wise Cars, which was not accepted at the rental location.
