I saw the cost of my car hire went down on Wisecars website, so I ran to change to the lower cost. Peter, the agent, said it was even cheaper on Kayak and changed my booking to that price! Shout out to him Regularly check if the price drops, Wisecars are excellent of matching the new price
Wisecars booked me with Routes Car Rental, but Routes refused to release the car because I live in the same state. This residency restriction was never disclosed by Wisecars in the booking process, voucher, or Wisecars Terms of Service. I arrived with valid ID, license, and credit card, but the rental was denied and Wisecars refused a refund. Ich habe letztes Jahr ein Auto über billigermietwagen für Frankreich gemietet, die wiederum einen Vertrag mit wisecars und diese wiederum mit Goldcar gemacht haben. Das Auto war komplett versichert, wir wollten eine längere Tour machen, ich wurde von einem zum anderen geschickt, Goldcar konnte man nicht erreichen, weshalb ich in ein Autohaus ging, die uns abgeraten haben viel zu fahren.
