We have always been pleased with the service provided by Sonja in managing our rental property. She communicates quickly and thoroughly when matters need to be addressed. The tradespeople that she engages for maintenance jobs do great work, and if there are any emergency repairs, then they are there quickly - last time within 30 mins.
Sonja and the team at Wiseberry have been incredibly supportive and helpful during my rental tenancy for about 3 years in Stanmore. They’ve provided prompt responses to repairs and assistance for me and my family. And I would highly recommend them as an agency to work with — either as a tenant or home owner.
What a relief to find agents that care and take time and effort to actually do a professional job. After weeks of looking and treated like 2nd class citizens we found Emma from Wiseberry who was so caring and supportive.
