Been renting through Wiseberry Enmore over the past 3 years in the same property. I've had a really positive experience with Cody. My emails were always answered promptly and repairs were sorted out quickly. She made inspections easy and vacating the property was swift with no dramas. If I could re-live in this property with the same management again, I would. Super grateful.

Unfortunately had a really bad rental experience with this real estate company. The unit I rented smelled of damp, and when I raised issues were told to leave the windows open and that this was the issue. I had severe eczema caused from something in this building - possibly mould. The ceiling outside the front door had damp stains all over it, and the ‘sun room’ showed the beams from the roof lines on the ceiling. I was told it was something to do with the paint. Sonja managed my Enmore apartment for 7 years while I lived overseas. I've just moved back in and am really pleased with the good condition it is in, which shows Sonja was attentive and ensured my tenants were responsible. She always kept me in the loop on repairs and I felt confident and at ease while I lived away. Definitely recommend Sonja as a potential manager or as an agent to help you find what you need.

I was a tenant at a property managed by Wiseberry (specifically Sonja) for over a year, and had an excellent experience. They were very responsive, organised timely repairs, and were never intrusive.

Just finished a lease as a tenant in Marrickville and we can't be more than grateful with Sonja and Wiseberry Enmore. All the little repairs went smooth with a very strong communication. Thanks to Sonja and the team. Highly recommend.
