Ms. Cathleen is an amazing therapist! My daughter is very shy; however, Mrs. Cathleen was very warm and welcoming and my daughter feels very comfortable with Mrs. Cathleen. My daughter has made tremendous progress thanks to Mrs. Cathleen's time, effort, and work ethic. My daughter looks forward and is so excited when I tell her it is time to go see and work with Mrs. Cathleen, which you can't always find with a therapist. We are very lucky to be able to work with Mrs. Cathleen!
My husband is two years post stroke which left him with aphasia and apraxia. He participated in speech therapy for the first year and a half until his therapist introduced a speech generating device for him to use rather than working on his actual speech. My husband did not adapt well to this as he was never a computer, tablet or smart phone user. He stopped speech therapy as a result.
