My tenant in Pembroke furnace went out during the night, I called WiseWay and the technician came out right away and fixed the furnace right away. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again for doing a great job.
Please read do not use this company for any reason. Wish I could rate your company lower. You deserve 0 stars. Last December, Trevor came to troubleshoot my furnace. He replaced parts costing over $1400. Left me without a working furnace. Stopped all communications, so I had to sue him. I won, but he never showed up. Never responded to the court order. * WARNING * AVOID THIS COMPANY THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE FAN REPLACEMENT.The person who came to my house made countless mistakes and made excuses instead of taking responsibility. Installed the wrong motor too big for the unit. Bent the fan blades to make it fit. Wired everything back incorrectly. Wired directly to short. Capacitor wired incorrectly.
