had my contract auto renewed despite me saying i was unsure that i wanted to continue a month prior, after signing a 6 month agreement. tried to communicate the issue with the owner, and despite me not being there for a month, or even the past week which i was charged for, they were unwilling to refund. also got sick often and staph.

I’ve been training at this MMA gym for a while, and it’s been an amazing experience. The coach is fantastic—truly invested in helping each person improve and always guiding me to learn more. Whether you’re getting into boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or wrestling, this is the place to start. The training is challenging, but the coach pushes us in the best way, helping us grow both in skill and confidence. He’s more than a coach—he’s a mentor. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving in martial arts!
I've been attending classes for the past 7-8 months and I can confidently say that if you're in St. Louis and you want to learn to fight, this is the place to do it. The competition and leadership are satisfactory to whatever level of excellence you'd like to achieve.
