This is a great gym to learn and workout. There are several set routines to choose from as well as group and personal instruction available depending on your goal. Ray has a wealth of knowledge and everyone there is happy to help! It’s fun.

I grew up playing sports and was an athlete pretty much all my life, but training mma is a whole different realm to its self. This was and is my first mma gym that i signed up for. Never needed to look elsewhere, as this gym has everything you need if you want to train and stay fit. We have great camaraderie between teammates and coaches. Wise Warriors is a great gym for all skill levels. The community is very welcoming, encouraging and respectful. I've been going for almost two months now and have already learned a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in MMA!

Wise warriors is one of the most welcoming and encouraging gyms I’ve trained at since I’ve had an interest in combat sports. Everytime I’ve trained there the experience has been humbling. Couldn’t pick a better gym to train at. Highly recommend coming and seeing what it’s about.
