I went to the location 07/11/2025 for an appointment at 10:30am I arrived early around 9:40am and waited about 5 minutes. As I waited to get an alignment process started, the “mechanic” (a slender Hispanic male with glasses) who handles alignments is either unknowledgeable about cars or either didn’t want to help with my alignment. The energy and demeanor from the man was lackadaisical and very nonchalant towards my concerns. Awesome shop. They fixed my flat tire in 20 mins and for a great price! Lindsay provided great costumer service. Highly recommend for your tire needs!
This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is extremely nice, thorough and they get the job done fast. They also have great pricing!
This is a true local gem. Support your local shops or we won’t have them. Came in to fix a flat. He showed me that I had a nail in my tire, but also showed me how worn my inner tread water was and that it would only be a minute before would have to replace the tire. I asked did he have any options , he showed me a used and new option - I went with the used Hankook - and the price was great and he even topped off my Spare tire. And rehung it under the rear of my SUV. Family run and great customer service. Check them out.
Driving down Manchester, a piece of metal went into my tire turned on La Brea and they did it. Excellent job. They helped me. They saved me a lot of money as well from buying a new tire. Very knowledgeable and their field and recommendation was excellent. I would recommend anyone if you’re looking for honest good people to stop at wise tire and brakes.
