Wise Strength and Fitness has great staff. I did a Summer Shred with Ashley, and it was fun! It was a great way for me to ease back into working out. She had a different rotation of exercises that worked my entire body. The gym is well equipped. Staff is very friendly and always there if you have questions.
I love Wise for so many reason. First, their PT team is great, efficient, and helpful. Second, their gym has everything I need for a great workout, and is always clean. Also they have the best pricing and it's open 24 hrs. 3rd their personal trainers are great. I just took part in the 2 month Summer Shred workout class with trainer Ashley. It was very beneficial! This is a great gym with amazing staff, I signed up for a summer shred course with Ashley and she helped me get the results I wanted in a short amount of time. She pushed me to my limits and beyond. I am looking forward to more personal training with her!
