Love the new space! Open and inviting for children and families. The perfect spot for calm and relaxation! Took my 7 year old for yoga a few times already and she loves it! Colleen uses lots of different techniques and follows the children's cues to make each class special and unique. We will definitely be back!
I took my two children- 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter to the toddler yoga and they loved it! Colleen is so nice and friendly. She was so helpful with teaching my kids ways to relax and stretch. Soon after we left, my kids were begging to go back again! I am looking forward to more classes with Colleen and exploring all the different classes that she offers!
Super fun classes for kids!!!
Kids + yoga = great. Miss Colleen is a patient teacher who works with kids on simple things can make big changes: breathing, stretching, reading, posing. She's always clear, she talks on kids' level without talking down to them, she makes everything fun. Check it out.
