I have utilised the services of this facility three times now and every time it has been exceptional care given by all staff. The concept of this clinic is brilliant , short wait times , thorough , supportive, diligent care given at all three visits. All my needs were met in a timely and professional manner. This is healthcare, as it should be. The standard of care I received was exceptional. As a health professional, I understand the stress and pressure on clinicians and staff in healthcare. But they accommodated my needs, I flew interstate and there was some confusion with my appointment booking but they fixed all issues on the spot.
