Fantastic, two guys came for the move; which was great considering I had a few really heavy boxes. They worked efficiently taking all the boxes up an elevator, they had a great price and were very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend and would definitely use WISE Removalist again in the future. Thank You

The staff were polite and nice, but it was disappointing to see that they required constant supervision. To begin with, the wrong truck size was suggested, forcing the move to take two trips. On top of that, my chest of drawers was left in the lounge, which I am now expected to move upstairs myself. When I raised this with the manager—after I had already given clear instructions to the staff during delivery—his response was dismissive, rude, and highly unprofessional.
