Wise 🦉. Very professional, quick response, safe, and organized crew! My client had a large tree fall on thier house and Wise Owl stepped up to the plate and knocked out out of the park! Now my crew will be able to secure the house to prevent any further water damage before the snow storm coming tonight. Definitely will be calling them for future needs!
I am genuinely thrilled. Ben and Travis did an excellent job removing a large limb from above my garage and another branch hanging over my patio (which is on a steep, graded hill. Not a simple feat). They were kind, professional, punctual (even early), and thorough. They even cleared my sidewalk of leaves just because. Tim, the owner of Wise Owl, is easy to talk to and just plain kind. I had talked to 3 other arborists before Wise Owl and it only felt easy after meeting with Tim. I can't recommend them enough.
We had several trees removed this year and our huge white oak was treated and pruned. Eric did a nice work with the fertilization and pest treatment. CJ and Ben really did a great job with pruning and removing dead wood on the huge white oak. We can't wait to see it in full foliage next spring!
Wise Owl continues to perform exceptional customer service and detailed work. From the initial walk around with Tim, quoting the job and then scheduling, he made it simple, seamless and easy. Dan and Ben arrived on time with 2 days estimated for the job. They were friendly, efficient and left a cleaned up work space in less than the time predicted. Wise Owl has been and will continue to be our go to for Tree related projects and services.
Excellent experience with Wise Owl. First of all, cost for my work was very fair, compared to other tree companies. Tim, the sales manager, was friendly and helpful. The actual work went very well. Dan, Nico and Travis did a great job--finishing all in one day. Nice job cleaning up the yard as well. I will be using this company in the future for my yearly tree spraying and pruning.
