Outstanding service great guys that came to the house. Right down to the clean up excellent!
This company worked on my neighbors trees three weeks ago. They parked their trailer with heavy equipment on our lawn without permission when the ground was wet and left quite a trench. They had to have seen it when loading their equipment, but acted surprised, like they didn't see it, when I stopped them on their way out. Said they would be back the next week and would fill it with top soil. Haven't heard from them, and they didn't bring top soil when they returned the following week. Wise Owl came out and removed a red pine that had fallen against our house due to high winds. We have used Wise Owl at our home multiple times for scheduled work and thus turned to them again. Tim and the crew did an amazing job including site cleanup. We highly recommend them when you need tree service.
Wise 🦉. Very professional, quick response, safe, and organized crew! My client had a large tree fall on thier house and Wise Owl stepped up to the plate and knocked out out of the park! Now my crew will be able to secure the house to prevent any further water damage before the snow storm coming tonight. Definitely will be calling them for future needs!
I am genuinely thrilled. Ben and Travis did an excellent job removing a large limb from above my garage and another branch hanging over my patio (which is on a steep, graded hill. Not a simple feat). They were kind, professional, punctual (even early), and thorough. They even cleared my sidewalk of leaves just because. Tim, the owner of Wise Owl, is easy to talk to and just plain kind. I had talked to 3 other arborists before Wise Owl and it only felt easy after meeting with Tim. I can't recommend them enough.
