Brian was accommodating, efficient and considerate. I called other companies, but they didn't respond. After some searching, I found Wise Owl Electricians, and they answered my distress call immediately & Brian was here to fix the problem within an hour of that call. He went beyond his duties, I was distressed, and he took care of the problem, explaining the situation within a few minutes and letting me know of other issues that I had along with this one. I'm really pleased with Wise Owl Electricians' job quality. I had recessed lighting installed and ceiling fans, light switches, and electrical outlets changed. I was pretty satisfied with their initial visit when I outlined what I wanted, and their technician was beneficial in suggesting light switches that would do what I required without taking up a lot of space.
