I attended therapy sessions with Dr. Bowley for many years. She was very personable, open-minded, and always there for me. Dr. Bowley introduced me to DBT, which changed my life. I learned essential life skills such as regulating my emotions and practicing mindfulness. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel comfortable about talking and working on their condition. They have very suspicious business practices. When you call, you can’t reach staff. First red flag. Second: I asked the intake person weeks ago about cancellation policies. He said as long as you cancel, it’s fine. He never mentioned a specific time to cancel and neither does the first agreement I signed. I didn’t want any issues so I thought I was following protocol.
