I started working with Donna when I was desperate for sleep dealing with insomnia in my first pregnancy and she was wonderful! Not only did my sleep improve but I learned better stress management and boundary setting. So grateful!

Donna helped me navigate through my thoughts and emotions in what I am believing is the tail end of the most difficult time of my life. She genuinely cares about people and seeing them live their best life in freedom and in peace! I have a very strong faith in God and His unfailing love, but the tools that she has been trained in really gave me practical ways to both understand what is going on in the inside, and replace negative thoughts, hurts of the past, and misleading emotions with truth founded in love!
My sessions with Donna resulted in an incredibly profound experience.
