I recently received a letter from Wise Medical Staffing informing me that they are giving me a 30 day discharge notice because of staffing issues. It is very disappointing and has caused me a lot of stress because of this. I have not had any home health care aid to help me since August 22nd. The 30 day end date is September 25th. I have been with Wise Medical for a little over 2 years. My question is why am I the only one to be discharged for lack of employees ? We used Wise medical for my mom’s home health. I have to say it was NOT a good experience at all!! There is never anyone in office to answer calls, if an aide calls off on their shift they can’t even get ahold of them and then it really doesn’t matter because they never send coverage. They let absolutely anybody work for them even employees that have homes infested in roaches and I inform them and they tell me that she is still working for them but said they have to disclose that info to client before that aide can be assign... read more

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY WALKED IN TO FIND MY MOTHERS AIDE PASSED OUT ON DRUGS. HE ENDED UP DROPPING HIS FOOD IN MY FLOOR, LOST HIS KEY FOR 3 DAYS. WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THE ISSUE. THEY DROPPED MY MOTHER. THEY HAVE THE DRUG ISSUE COVERED UP AND THEY ALL ON THEM. NEVER. THE VICE PRESIDENT MORGAN DID NOT EVEN CARE.
