This site barely works. Out of the 9 nursing providers it's dead last. Even Eshyft is better.
I show up for assignment & nurse aides are casually sharing pay info freely- I’m receiving 17$ ( no covid bonus as building is infested & all regular workers missing due to covid) & covid protocol is in order. Not mention they’re hourly rates were 22$. I have 17 yrs experience. There isn’t anything kosher about this. After quittng- now the time sheets are an issue? I followed complete instructions. No rush to pay an employee who quit it seems. I have right of choice at any moment I feel unfairness.
I currently work at Wise Medical Staffing and I love my job. We are constantly working on improving processes and growing the business. I have seen many improvements after being here for just a little over a year. I love my boss and the people I work with! I look forward to many more years with this company and seeing it flourish.
