Wise did a tune-up on my AC. They communicated well, letting me know when they would contact me again and what time they would arrive. I believe Tom was the technician. He was efficient and nice, there were no pressure tactics to upsell products or services. The price seemed very fair. I will use them again!

Tomas was extremely helpful in repairing our AC unit. He provided so much information and education about how the system works and went above and beyond by checking both AC and furnace units and reassured us that were all still in good condition despite being 22 yrs old. The previous co. that came out told us we should have the AC and furnace replaced because of it's age. We were thrilled that Tomas was able to repair it give us more time. Very professional excellent workmanship took the time to explain the new system. We had both Furnace and AC replaced. The new system was high quality brand and was on spec to our homes needs. The price was very competitive.

Great work from Wise installing a fresh air intake in my crawl. They came to take a look and presented me with a few options to help fix my problem. Tomas was professional and took the time to explain everything, from sealing the ductwork to upgrading to the Aprilaire 8145. The crew was clean, thorough, and got the job done right.
