My in-laws community complex uses this company for the lawncare services. I'm giving 1 star because they showed up & 1 star because they attempted to cut the grass. They wait too long between cuts which makes the grass high when they do come to cut. Then they compensate by raising the mower deck height. They mow extremely fast & the grass is completely uneven & leaves clumps in the lawn. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The photos I have posted are a day after they cut the grass & to show how uneven the grass is ... read more
I've been in communication with the president of Wise and he has been very nice and responsive. He's working on addressing some concerns that I had shared with him and is doing everything he can to make things right. I appreciate him doing everything that he can and providing excellent customer service. He truly cares about his company and it shows. The crew does a great job of making things look nice and clean. I would recommend hiring Wise to handle all of your landscaping needs!
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. They broke my awning, shattered a 2 by 2 brick paver, used my wheelbarrow without my permission leaving cuts all over the outside of it. I’ve tried getting a hold of them and they will not return phone calls. Please do not use this company. They’re awful.
They are very unreliable and do not stay true to their word . I would never rehire them for snow removal . Only mediocre in lawn service
