I've been in communication with the president of Wise and he has been very nice and responsive. He's working on addressing some concerns that I had shared with him and is doing everything he can to make things right. I appreciate him doing everything that he can and providing excellent customer service. He truly cares about his company and it shows. The crew does a great job of making things look nice and clean. I would recommend hiring Wise to handle all of your landscaping needs!
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. They broke my awning, shattered a 2 by 2 brick paver, used my wheelbarrow without my permission leaving cuts all over the outside of it. I’ve tried getting a hold of them and they will not return phone calls. Please do not use this company. They’re awful.
They are very unreliable and do not stay true to their word . I would never rehire them for snow removal . Only mediocre in lawn service
