I've been taking my watches to this place for a while and never had a problem, I recommend this jewelry store to anyone who needs to change battery and make them smaller
My father took his Rolex there, asking for it to be shipped to the Rolex repair facility in Texas for service. Mr. Wise said he would only charge $50 to send it, and that would be the only charge from him outside of what Rolex charged (my father had been a repeat jewelry customer). Wise Jewelers returned it after Rolex supposedly serviced it, and it had moisture in it after a few days. He took it back to Wise.
