Amazing to work with. I had a very complicated project involving moving an outdoor unit and replacing 2 old HVAC units, one of which was in the attic of a 80 year old house that would involve some demo and other extra work. Zach was able to spell out everything and get me comfortable with the plan before we even started. He was very responsive as I had many questions. I am very impressed with Wise HVAC company. During a kitchen renovation an air vent was rerouted from above the wall cabinet to the floor. This included working in a crawlspace and cutting the hardwood floors. Zach was polite, professional and thoughtful about his work. He covered my floors as well as vacuumed when the task was completed. He was extremely knowledgeable about venting and offered an even better solution to make my project more aesthetically pleasing. Wise saved us big time! After several companies were quoting $3000 and up to repair our systems and basically recommending new systems Wise came in replaced 1 part the capacitor that he stated was only a $20 part and had our system up and running in 30 minutes and he only charged $220 for repair and parts. We had been without cool air for 3 days in a 83 degree house and other companies could have easily helped us but didn’t. I can’t recommend them more for their honesty and professionalism!!
Highly recommend for their professionalism and care for customers! I would always reach out to them first for future HVAC issues. Here is why. We recently had a gas leak. LG&E did an inspection and told us one part of our furnace needed to be replaced and the unit was near its end of life. We quoted 3 contractors on either repairing or replacing the furnace.
