I recently had my family's heat pump go out and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I called Wise and they got me scheduled as soon as they could but it would still be a couple of days with no heat. The technician called me without me even having to request it and walked me through issues that could be wrong with the unit. We were able to get the system diagnosed over the phone and I was able to fix the problem with a little bit of time and elbow grease. Bad communication
Never received a response back from my call seeking their services Edit: 10-21-23. Wise H&C reached out to me after my initial review explaining they didn’t have a record of me calling them. After providing them with a screenshot of my attempt to seek their services, they investigated further to try to identify why there was no record on their end of my attempts to reach them.
