 They did the window for me a couple years ago which took longer than it should and the window has a large gap between the glass and the frame when I called she was very rude to me every time I called I sent them pictures they practically laughed that me they kept telling me they would come up and measure never did.. I don't understand a business not wanting business anyway I don't know how they're still in business definitely would not recommend

Took over 2 months to have glass placed back into a standard house window. The glass placed was not the same type of glass that was requested. Robin was very rude each time we spoke on the phone. Called multiple times to get update with a response “It will be ready Monday.” Every single week received the same response.
