The receptionist at this place was very rude and unprofessional to a friend of mine and her minor daughter. She said very rude stuff to a little girl who just wanted to be seen by her eye dr. Hopefully you train your receptionist on how to deal with the public in a professional manner. This is quite disappointing behaviour from a "professional".
