One star seems too high. They never got back to me. Several times I was told, you should have already gotten the report. Later on a bunch of “sorry”. It’s been a very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time.

My buyer was under contract with the property, but the appraiser made a note that looked as if we were going to have to delay the closing. I reached out to Taylor at Wise Engineering an explained her situation and trying to find someone who could go out quickly to inspect and write a report confirming no issues. Sadly I cannot review them as engineers because they never got back to me with the promised report. He was here almost 2 months ago. There has been no response to emails. I did get a hurried response to a text. “Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll get back to you on this.” That was a week ago. What has happened to customer service these days?
Could not and would not recommend. Was told about 5 different times the files were on their way. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.
