I was in need of an engineer a few years back for one of my lending clients and since then, Mr. Randy has come in handy servicing many areas in NC providing reasonable turn in times for reports. All my clients including myself have been extremely pleased with the staff at Wise engineering's team. I have referred him to other partners for their amazing work! Thank you Randy and team.
One star seems too high. They never got back to me. Several times I was told, you should have already gotten the report. Later on a bunch of “sorry”. It’s been a very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time.

My buyer was under contract with the property, but the appraiser made a note that looked as if we were going to have to delay the closing. I reached out to Taylor at Wise Engineering an explained her situation and trying to find someone who could go out quickly to inspect and write a report confirming no issues. Sadly I cannot review them as engineers because they never got back to me with the promised report. He was here almost 2 months ago. There has been no response to emails. I did get a hurried response to a text. “Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll get back to you on this.” That was a week ago. What has happened to customer service these days?
