Well, now Mr. Wise Can Not legally work on your home to perform any job costing more than $2000. He had his License REVOKED last week retroactive to September 2012!! This was due to numerous complaints and for writing an insufficient funds check for his license. This information came directly from the AR Contractor's Licensing Board and was used with their permission.

On April 17, 2013 Grant Wise was hired to do construction work/repairs to our home. He was given a deposit check (which he cashed) to purchase materials. Over the next TWO months the only time we spoke with Grant was when WE initiated the communication. He always had an excuse for why work had not started. We then informed Grant that we no longer needed his services and requested that our money be returned. He stated that he would take care of it. I was refereed by this company on Angieslist and decided to get an estimate. I usually will shoot down a business if they have a pushy salesperson as I don't agree with those tactics. But Wise Construction was nice and knowledgeable and after my new roof was put on, they did everything that I expected from a legitimate contractor. Pleased and will keep them in mind.
