I had an issue with my car a few days ago! I spoke with a rep he said she would help me and she didn’t. She also gave me wrong information and did not update notes on my account. I called back today and spoke with Sara and she was absolutely amazing! She was able to help me and was so nice and professional, kind and understanding!! If anybody is having issues call and talk to Sara! Thank you so much Sara!!!!
This is a extremely small company that can't afford to let you put 1 payment at the back of your car note if you are laid off from your job. I even offered to pay half or most of my payment and they wouldn't work with me. I have never missed a payment for over a year. It's a big mistake to use this lender. Do they even report payments to creditors?
Terrible car company they only want money does not matter how long you have been with the company and their interest rates are almost like being robbed
I am disappointed with the quality of customer service. I sent in my documents as I am currently on work leave. The response email “Why are you sending us this.” Reading is fundamental. I sent a message stating why.
Wildly negligent customer service team. I'm a customer who has never been an issue however they've gone over 6 months without reporting my payments. When I called and spoke to a customer service rep who took down all of my information, I was sure that I was going to get help the next day as promised. I was ghosted.
