Terrible car company they only want money does not matter how long you have been with the company and their interest rates are almost like being robbed
I am disappointed with the quality of customer service. I sent in my documents as I am currently on work leave. The response email “Why are you sending us this.” Reading is fundamental. I sent a message stating why.
Wildly negligent customer service team. I'm a customer who has never been an issue however they've gone over 6 months without reporting my payments. When I called and spoke to a customer service rep who took down all of my information, I was sure that I was going to get help the next day as promised. I was ghosted. They have the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I am trying to change my payment schedule from biweekly to monthly, which was not an option initially. Due to me going through financial difficulties. My interaction with the customer service representative was disappointing due to her extremely rude and insensitive demeanor. I strongly advise against obtaining a car loan through Wise Credit.
