Wildly negligent customer service team. I'm a customer who has never been an issue however they've gone over 6 months without reporting my payments. When I called and spoke to a customer service rep who took down all of my information, I was sure that I was going to get help the next day as promised. I was ghosted. I just want to take a moment and talk about Tosha, as we all know it’s not the easiest of times right now for a lot of us and instead of being hateful or non caring this woman always talks to her customers with compassion and you can hear it in her voice. I usually am scared to call and admit my downfalls but she is so positive and upbeat and that immediately goes away for me. I feel she needs to be recognized for her ability to keep her people feeling this way!! Thank you Tosha simply thank you for being you.

They have really good cars. My first car with them I had the car a year & had only one problem & it was an easy fix that was covered through the warranty. I have been dealing with them for three years. The only thing I don’t like is that the car payments are EXPENSIVE . I pay $793 (that is with the $150 CPI and even that went up) They turn your car off if you don’t pay. They have the highest CPI I have ever paid for a car.
