How can you be an animal hospital and when someone brings their pet needing help you don’t have a single vet that can even look at the pet??? That absolutely ridiculous

No wonder they are closing. The overall experience was terrible.
Just curious. I went to the office today (Wednesday 2/25/26) at 1:00pm to pick up meds for my cat, Charlie, and the lights were off and the door was locked. No note on the door or anything. What's up? Update: Thanks, my bad. I'll remember that in the future.
