If I could give this place no stars.. Based solely on their lack or professionalism, and people skills i would. The phone tag that you have to play with the female worker named Joey is insane. Also. This lady has only been spoken to once by us, and she claimed she had spoken to us multiple times. Finally got her on the phone because out of the last 3 calls I made personally on behalf of someone else was never answered nor returned. Great ppl and always so eager to help. They make u feel comfortable and almost like your at home. Probably by far the best health department I have ever been to.
This place is an absolute joke. They don’t want kids to be kids and have an issue with kids riding their bikes in their parking lot after hours, when it had been approved literally 10 years ago. I called to see what the issue was and no one from this facility could give me a call back, they sent my message to their attorney and had her give me a call back. It’s so sad that a place that “vouches” for children has such an issue with children being children. I’m sorry my kids are such an “issue” to the older authority in this d... read more
